Reread the whole Bible.
We are renewing our wedding vows next year so my goal is to be healthier for that.

My long term goals:

~ Hit my goal weight of 118 by my birthday (30 June) next summer - by following a nutrition and fitness plan consistently

~ Pray more consistently for my husband and for my children - following my own prayer rule

~ Pass the MCATs on the first try with a great score (this will happen within the next 2 years - it's all based on when my classes fall in the next 2 years)

~ Get accepted into medical school (PCOM)

~ Get re-certified as a doula until medical school starts for college fund - keep up educator certification to bring in cash during medical school

~ Start working with the Deppers in the DEP program with my local USMC recruiter

Well, I'm still working on consistency. That is sooooo hard for me! I'm doing better, but I have such a hard time staying consistent with tracking calories and eating healthy. :( The exercise isn't as much of an issue cause I go to a gym I really like. It's a kickboxing gym and we do more cardio than strength training. I bought a strength training video to do at home, but I have only done it once. I hate to workout alone.

I am 29 years old. I shouldn't be tired all the time. I should be loving myself and enjoying how I look and feel. I deserve to be healthy! The bad habits stop TODAY.

My long-term goals until the end of March include getting to my goal weight (130 pounds), staying more consistent with diet and exercise, and continuing to improve my relationship with my husband. I hope the New Year brings less trials and tribulations between the two of us. I think doing long-term goals in 3 month chunks like that will help me stay on track without getting overwhelmed by planning too much ahead.

To everyone else, what are your goals?

I am 29 years old. I shouldn't be tired all the time. I should be loving myself and enjoying how I look and feel. I deserve to be healthy! The bad habits stop TODAY.

My Long Term Goals for 2009 March update
Work down debt by 20% and have a clear plan to be debt free in 5 years Ė With tax refund thus far I have paid off some debt waiting for a few more things to come through
Start Personal Training business by 06/01/09 not yet
By the end of the year start classes to be certified as a personal trainer and/or event planner/wedding coordinator not yet
Read a financial literacy book every month for the year 2009 not yet
Avail myself of as much free business training as possible Yes but could do better
Read or reread a relationship book every month for the year of 2009 Yes got one in this month
Read one book to improve my emotional health Not yet
Write more in my journal and write poetry YEs
Think about getting together a poetry chapbook Not yet
Read at least 3 books related to spiritual matters Completed two and started another
Get back into learning Portuguese Started listening to my music more Yes
Maintain my healthy lifestyle and weight On my way
Use Flor-Cleanse once every four months to detox Yes, planning on doing a detox end of April

It has been a couple months so I thought I'd update these!

Hit my goal weight - New goal weight of 129 and moving in the right direction and close!

Finish two spiritually strengthening books within the next 6 months - etching away at it little by little

Listen to a relationship audio book every month for the first year of our marraige - so far so good!

Work on our personal training business - going well
