I never posted my streak goal!

I'm pretty good about eating my veggies because I love them and get cranky if I don't get them, but I'm not so good about eating fresh fruit. So, I decided that I would eat at least 2 servings of fresh fruit (no, apple pie does NOT count) every day. So far I have not missed a day and on most days I managed 3 servings. I'm loving fresh mandarin oranges, bananas, Gala apples and Clementine tangerines.

I started keeping a bowl of fruit on my counter at work. Before I knew it, my boss was putting more bananas and more tangerines in it. Seems his wife has been after him to eat more fruit so she's sending it to work with him and he's been putting it in my bowl instead of eating it. So, I challenged him to go streaking with me. I'm winning the challenge!

My only snack today was an Odwalla Bar. 230 calories, but lots of nutrients!

well, i started out so good last week, exercising daily. this week, not so much. so, that will be what i do, exercise daily. hard with the hours i work, kids, and extra activities i do with the kids, but i will definately do it.

Here's your challenge for February: Pick ONE healthy habit and see how many consecutive days you can stick with it. It can be anything you want to work on, but I encourage you to make it something that doesn't come naturally. If you hate making breakfast maybe "eat breakfast" would be a good one to pick. If you just can't give up that Coke or Peps product (diet or otherwise), you might pick "drink 64 ounces of water." You get the idea.

We have a little over 3 full weeks left in February and they say it takes 21 days to establish a new habit (or break an old one).

Post here what streak you're going on in February and we'll all cheer each other to victory!
