I came up with this recipe last week and it turned out amazing! My boyfriend didn't even realize the sauce was sugar free until I told him.
You can adjust the net carbs by adding more or less tomato paste. Remember, quite a bit of the sauce will end up in the bottom of the pan and not on the ribs, so the carb count will end up a little lower anyway.
