The CarbSmart.com website cookbook arrived (actually last week-I've been crazy busy.).

The title is Easy Living Low-Carb Cooking. It is spiral-bound, which I prefer as it makes it easier to look at the recipe while preparing it. I believe they offered it at $7.99 due to scuffs. It actually was in really good condition.

It is a nice addition to the low-carb kitchen, but I wouldn't have been happy if I had paid more for it. There is a section on how to put your meal plans together, which is helpful. The recipes are all between 0 - 6 grams of carbs.

Jimmy Moore contributes to this website.

Now, if things will just slow down around my house a bit, so I can find time to cook. emoticon
