And liquid "Spenda" is not quite accurate. Splenda doesn't sell sucralose in this form, last I checked. I've been happy with EZ-Sweets in the 2 oz bottle. I bought it from Amazon, and it has been the key to temping my husband down the low carb path!

It may seem like just a few carbs, but it is so nice to avoid them when you're shooting for 25 or 30g per day!

Yeah, they have to use a carbohydrate filler to bulk out the granulated stuff. Otherwise it would be too small to handle.

I found this great tasty recipe at Linda's Low Carb website - http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/3_minute_vani
lla_cake.html

It was really tasty - even my hubby liked it. I made it on one of those nights when I was missing muffins or cakes.

Please read through her entire recipe because she leaves her comments and suggestions on how to improve on the original recipe giver's instructions.

She said if made with liquid Splenda, it would only have 2.5 net carbs. I guess there is more carbs in the granulated Splenda?
