The spray kinds really has no more carbs then the heavy whipping cream kind. dr westman says in one of his videos to use the regular old kins of cool whip

This is the link to the Atkins website. even tho I dont fully do it the atkins way anymore I do still eat from the atkins food list/eat. I just count carbs different than they do.

I always whip the cream myself, but that is mostly because I can't find any sugar-free stuff in the can. And, yes, you don't actually have to whip it!

I lost a lot of weight and maintained it for years, then I got all stressed and busy and lost my way. Starting over from a much better place (way less to lose this time!) and making things better.

I use heavy whipping cream in eggs but I like the can stuff on my sugar free jello

Not a cookbook, but this always works for me...take some fruit that is low in sugar (berries) and serve them with freshly whipped whipping cream. This is a treat!

I lost a lot of weight and maintained it for years, then I got all stressed and busy and lost my way. Starting over from a much better place (way less to lose this time!) and making things better.

I like "grain-free GOURMET" by Jodi Bager and Jenny Lass.

In some of the baked goods, they use honey, but I substitute a small amount of liquid stevia, which is a protein.

Highest weight ever: 220 pounds. Followed the IP protocol from June to December 2012 and lost 58 pounds.

In Maintenance mode since January 2013. Still eating very low carb (25-40g per day), but with increased fat intake (avocado, nuts, cheese). Have been able to almost maintain my weight. Regained about 12 pounds a year ago during a period of high stress, then maintained that new level.

Now down 4 pounds since May 2014, although still eating "maintenance" levels of food.

I'm looking for cookbooks with no wheat,(almond flour is good) no sugar, no sugar substitutes for desserts breads etc. Anybody of know any?
I saw a couple at Amazon.
Thank You! It's for my kids- I want to wean them from sugar! :o)
