I was browsing the recipes at lowcarbfriends.com/recipereview/ and came across a recipe that someone in the comments had converted to a single serving. So I just had to try it, it's pretty good!
1 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 T. heavy cream 1 T. sour cream dash of vanilla your favorite LC sweetener to taste dash of lemon juice, optional
Mix it all up well and refrigerate until firm (if you can wait that long!). I used 1 T. sugar free vanilla syrup instead of the sweetener and vanilla. I also tried it topped with a couple strawberries chopped up in my food processor, but it's good plain too - so many ways to experiment with this!
2 g. net carbs without any toppings.
