I have to have my coffee in the morning. I fill my cup with 2 Tbsp of heavy whipping cream, add water - nuke for about1-1/2 minutes - then add my Instant Decaf.Folgers into the cup.

I also bought some vanilla flavored Almond milk. Not bad - still it has a slight nutty taste to it, but I believe it has no carbs at all.

Just a thought. Starting my 2nd week of Induction.

I use heavy cream at home but I use half & half in restaurants and coffee shops. Gotta do what ya gotta do.

If you are using it in coffee, another alternative is to try exchanging some or all of your coffee with green tea. I usually have coffee at home in the a.m. but switch to green tea at the office.

They are not big on Dairy here. It would be easier if I was on a larger base.

Technically not, but, any port in a storm! If that's what you've got then use it. It's still preferable to milk. You can try watering it down slightly (literally with water).

Another option is coconut oil or unsalted butter, but you're probably not going to get that on the base either. I would think in Korea, though, you'd be able to find it locally pretty easily. Only guessing though.

Can half and half be used instead of heavy cream for induction?

I live on a tiny military base in S Korea and they are out of the heavy stuff but have plenty of half and half.
