yes, I only have 1 or 2 cups in the morning.. with the hot weather - I do not drink any - since I quit smoking stopped drinking it all together until last year.. do like my green tea with any- just stevia...add to flavored teas- again only have on occasion in hot weather..
Technically not, but, any port in a storm! If that's what you've got then use it. It's still preferable to milk. You can try watering it down slightly (literally with water).
Another option is coconut oil or unsalted butter, but you're probably not going to get that on the base either. I would think in Korea, though, you'd be able to find it locally pretty easily. Only guessing though.
