Carpendar Fat Fast Bread
4 cups shredded coconut
3/4 cup flax seed meal
1 TBS xanthan
1 tsp erythritol or sweetener to equal 1 tsp
1.5 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
2 TBS cider vinegar
Preheat to 350, grease nonstick loaf pan 8x4
in food processor with S blade combine all dry ingredients. process until fine meal.
while running drop each egg in food chute until incorporated
Then do the same for the water and vinegar.
Keep scraping the whole time.
Put in pan and bake 1 hr 15 min
