I know gf isn't low carb i was just putting out there what flours I have on hand. im hoping someone has a recipe that calls for one i already have so i can make some today. I have a son who has celiac and is on a glutenfree diet thus the gf flour and almond flour :). I also have one with pku on a low pro diet thus most of the other flours I have on hand. Needless to say I tend to have a variety of flours in my pantry.
I don't eat bread any more, just not worth the work for me I guess, but would say stay with almond (or other nut flours) and coconut flour only for low-carb. Gluten-free is NOT low carb. Take a look at this website for recipes:
