Candice’s Low-Carb Chocolate Covered Almond Clusters
Super simple and basic, but yet so good.

Makes 21 servings (or 42 individual almond clusters)
10 oz raw almonds
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoon cocoa powder(I use dutch process)
15-20 drops liquid sweetener of your choice (I use EZ-Sweetz)
Preheat oven to 350F
Bake almonds on baking sheet in oven for 10-12 minutes.
In heat proof bowl, melt butter in microwave.
Add cocoa. Stir until smooth.
Add liquid sweetener and stir well. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
In large bowl, toss toasted almonds with the chocolate mixture. Spoon coated nuts onto a parchment lined baking sheet. I do 5 nuts per cluster. You will need to adjust nutritional information if you do more or less.
Should make approximately 42 clusters of 5 nuts each
Transfer to freezer to set, Store in airtight container in freezer.
