We just completed week 3 and are heading into week 4 - let's push ourselves to get in as many minutes as we can this week!

Everyone is doing such a great job. I tracked my training days really well but not so much on the other days. I can't believe that six months ago "training" was a dirty word and now my low days are 3 miles. LOL.
