Here we are starting a brand new year....are you ready to make the most of it? Do you know how important water is to your body? It helps you keep your body lubricated, it helps keep your skin supple, it helps just about every process in your body to work smoothly. The recommended daily intake of water is 8-10 glasses a day. How many do you drink? Do you drink enough to keep your body functioning properly?
This monthly challenge is to figure out what your goal is for January - post it here for all to see and keep track of it! For those of you who hit your December goal easily - jump that number up a bit to make it more challenging. I know that December seemed to be rough on a lot of us....keeping track was very hard.
