Here we go again with another Water Challenge. If you haven't done this before, you chose a number of glasses of water that you think will push you - post it here and each day (week) come back and update your numbers so everyone can see how you are doing. We should cheer each other on, motivate and praise each other in their progress.
It is so important to drink the necessary amount of water. It helps your body to function properly, makes your skin look good, it just helps so many parts of our body. So make sure you choose a number that will work for you.
Here is a template for your progress, if you want to use it - just copy and paste to your post. When you are updating your numbers, just go to the bottom of your original post and hit edit, then you can add your numbers. Easy....peasy!
