I managed 1000 in Oct. I'm going for 2000 since I've started walking nearly every morning. I'm going to walk to the store more often as well, instead of driving. It's only 6 or so large city blocks.

November can be our best month so far this year....we CAN do it!

Here we are again with another Fitness Minutes Challenge. How many minutes can you do this month? Come join our challenge and push yourself to reach your goal. To see your total minutes, go to the start page - left side - midway down you can click on the SparkSummary Calendar. This shows many things - your fitness minutes, how many sparkpoints you received for any given day, calories, and appointments. This is a great tool!!!
