November is here......and what are we going to do to stay on track? We are going to join this months Water Challenge!!! Woohoo!!!
Did you know that water plays a major role in how your body functions? Do you drink enough to keep your body hydrated? Once again we are going to do our Water Challenge for the month of November. Can you drink at least 8 glasses a day? Join our challenge and push yourself to drink, drink, drink.
To join this challenge.....figure out how many glasses of water you need to drink this month. Post the total here and then come back daily (or weekly) to record your progress. Below is a template that you can copy and paste to keep track of your goals. When you want to update your numbers, just hit the edit button at the bottom of your post. We would love to see how everyone is doing on a regular basis - that way we can encourage or praise your progress.
