To see your total minutes, go to the start page - left side - midway down you can click on the SparkSummary Calendar. This shows many things - your fitness minutes, how many sparkpoints you received for any given day, calories, and appointments. This is a great tool!!!
Below is a template that you can copy and paste to record your progress. To update your numbers, hit the edit button at the bottom of your post. There you can input the numbers. This is such a great way to keep track.
