Huge party over the weekend plus making Halloween costumes like crazy make no time for a momma to log her minutes! Hoping to do even better in November, but I was able to surpass my October goal by almost 300 minutes! I also ran my first complete (yet unofficial) 5k without stopping on the 30th. 3.48 miles in 36 minutes. I am just so excited to sign up for a real race! Looking forward to joining you ladies again for the November challenge!

Go! Zola_Natalie! Catching up on minutes AND only 1 pound from your goal weight!! You're killing it! Wilshar, two hours almost every day?! You're my hero! emoticon I actually saw a 5 in the ten's place at my weigh in this Sunday (which is a huge deal...haven't seen that in five years and that was four kids ago!). 159.5 baby! I'm kind of excited to do this challenge because it will force me to get up and exercise so that i dont have to put zero down because i made the usual excuses for not getting off my butt. For me i need the healthy and fun competitiveness to succeed in this.

Happy October!

With the weather cooling down, now is a great time to push ourselves more and be more active. Here we are again with another Fitness Minutes Challenge. How many minutes can you do this month? Come join our challenge and push yourself to reach your goal. Let's see how many minutes we can put in this month. Figure out your goal number and post it here....come back and keep us posted on your progress. We should encourage and praise each other to reach our goals.

To see your total minutes, go to the start page - left side - midway down you can click on the SparkSummary Calendar. This shows many things - your fitness minutes, how many sparkpoints you received for any given day, calories, and appointments. This is a great tool!!!

Below is a template that you can copy and paste to record your progress. To update your numbers, hit the edit button at the bottom of your post. There you can input the numbers. This is such a great way to keep track.
