Total Fitness Minutes for September: 920 I am happy with this....I think it is great number considering I can't do much until I heal. (The 65 minutes on the 29th will make my doctor mad....over did it)

For September we are going to do another fitness minutes challenge. Let's see how many minutes we can put in this month. Figure out your goal number and post it here....come back and keep us posted on your progress. We should encourage and praise each other to reach our goals.
To see your total minutes, go to the start page - left side - midway down you can click on the SparkSummary Calendar. This shows many things - your fitness minutes, how many sparkpoints you received for any given day, calories, and appointments. This is a great tool!!!
