My goal for fitness minutes is 1,000!! It's been a really rough month but things are starting to look up I have 247 fitness minutes but my goal is 1,000 so here I come!!!!!

Today I am fortunate to be alive. I have a precious human life. I am not going to waste it.

I am doing good this month! I'm only 444 fitness minutes away from accomplishing my goal of 1,200 fitness minutes this month, yay!!!! I feel great!!!! Great fitness minutes all!!!!
