I really havent come up with a goal of how many minutes I will do of cardio or work out for the month or any month. Something for me to think about.
I am just happy to be up and actually moving for the first time in a while. I have walked 3 miles the last 2 days and feel as if I have ran a marathon. I guess that is a goal for me. I am so out of shape cardiovascular wise. I dont think my heart could take a run.
So for me it will be one day at a time and as much as I can do in that day between kids, horses, dogs, cats, birds, husband, and whatever or whoever else comes my way....lol.
So as of right now I have 82min I havent had in a long time....
