Once again we are here to join "another" Water Challenge. As the weather starts to warm up, the need for more water in our bodies greatly increases. It is so important to drink at least 8 - 10 glasses (8oz.) of water a day to hydrate our bodies and sometimes we need more if we are over exerting ourselves.

Come back often to update your progress. We love to see how everyone is doing. Comment on the other team mates progress too, not only does it make them feel good, but it makes you feel great too.
