Once again we are going to do our monthly water challenge. If you haven't done this with us before, it is quite easy to join. All you have to do is figure out what your goal is for the month, post it here and come back daily or weekly to update your numbers. Also, you should look at each others posts and comment (praise/motivate) on each members progress. We CAN do this!
Water constitutes 50% to 70% of the human body. It contributes to temperature regulation, helps remove waste products, lubricates the body and serves as a medium for chemical reactions.
