Just updated my numbers for the month. I fell two hours short of my goal but still made great progress. to everyone that met their goals and if you didn't meet it like me
I will try my to update my minutes more frequently. THis past month got away from me FAST.

My goal for March: 45 minutes/ day 5X/week.
3/1 -- 75 minutes 15 minutes 1 mile walk (outside) 20 minutes Walk Away the Pounds (2 miles) 30 minutes Belly Dancing 10 Minutes Tiffany Rothe Cardio video
3/2 -- 50 30 minutes Body Weight Strength Training 10 minutes Walk Away the Pounds (1 Miles) 10 Minutes 3/4 mile Walk (Outside)
3/3: 0 Mandatory rest day. I needed it. Light cardio tomorrow so watch out, I can do low-intensity aerobics forever.
3/4 30 minutes two mile (outside walk)
3/5 75 minutes 45 minutes ST (bodyweight) 10 minutes walk (Outside) 20 Minutes walk (Walk Away the Pounds, miles 1 and 2)
3/6 : 00 minutes I tweaked my knee getting out of the car and decided not to push it today.
3/7 My birthday. 00 Minutes
3/8 00 minutes.
March Total: 230 Minutes! (STILL)

My Fitness Minutes Goal for March is: 600 cardio minutes 3/1 -40 3/2-0 3/3-0 3/4-0 (worked) 3/5-0 3/6-0 3/7-0 3/8-0 (worked) 3/9-0 3/10-0 3/11-0 3/12-0 (worked) 3/13-0 3/14-0 3/15-0 (worked) 3/16-0 3/17-34 kind of having an off month because I've picked up some extra workdays. I don't count those as cardio, but it's nonstop walking and some lifting, so I'm still wiped out! 3/18-25 3/19-0 3/20-33....need 47 minutes a day for the rest of the month to hit my goal! 3/21 3/22 3/23 3/24 3/25 3/26 3/27 3/28 3/29 3/30 3/31
