It is March....a brand new month....a brand new start. Once again we are going to do the Water Challenge. I challenge you to get a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. On top of that, I would like you to set a goal for yourself, post it here, and update daily or weekly to let us see your progress. We are here for each other. Remember to check everyone's posts and comment. Some days we may need encouragement and others just praise for what we are accomplishing.
