Pick up and go from there. There will always be a time when you eat something you are not supposed to eat or don't exercise when you are suppose to. Just pick up where you left off.

I agree with both of the other Mom's. We are going to fall many times before we reach our just have to push through. The goal at the end is sooooo worth it! And everyday that you stick to your plan - you will feel better and better and better. Hang in there and we are here for you!!! You CAN do this!!!

You had two bad day, you know what's great about those two bad days? They're in the past! Today is a new day. Everyday is a new day and a new start. Track everything, even when you have a bad day, track everything you eat. You'll learn from it. Whether it shows what times of day you are most likely to snack or what kinds of foods are your weakness, you'll learn something that will help you succeed today. And don't get down on yourself, we are only human. We are not perfect. There are always going to be slips, you just have to get back up and go again. And make sure the ups are more than the downs. Good luck to you! You can do it!

Hi.I am new to sparkpeople but have been in this situation before. I am sorry that you have had two bad days but each second is an opportunity to put that spoon down. If its still early you can exercise to help you feel better and burn some calories. If you get hungry you can have a nice dinner like a salad. Hope this helps. emoticon

well for the last two days i have totally ruined my diet eating spoon fulls of that chocolate spread nutella and i feel so guilty I'm not sure what to do weather just to for get it and start over or something else any ideas?
