You had two bad day, you know what's great about those two bad days? They're in the past! Today is a new day. Everyday is a new day and a new start. Track everything, even when you have a bad day, track everything you eat. You'll learn from it. Whether it shows what times of day you are most likely to snack or what kinds of foods are your weakness, you'll learn something that will help you succeed today. And don't get down on yourself, we are only human. We are not perfect. There are always going to be slips, you just have to get back up and go again. And make sure the ups are more than the downs.
