I already use #12 (Pre Chop Veggies), #14 (Read) and #25 (Dance while cleaning).
I plan on using #13 (Drinking Tea). I'm not a big tea drinker, but maybe it'll give me incentive to explore and find one I enjoy. I also need to do #1 (Take a step back). Sometimes I find myself just so overwhelmes and upset with the day that I forget what is really important.
