You can do 1,2 or all 3.....it's your choice.
Here they are:
A couple ideas I've thought of lately:
1) where we do some sort of exercise as many days in a row as we can.
2) EAt within our calorie range for as many days ina row as we can
3) 'Eat a rainbow'-- in other words, eat different colored foods. For example, white could be milk, green could be grapes or cabbage, brown could be wheat bread, yellow could be corn, red could be strawberries or tomatoes. I got this idea from another team I'm on--- I can look and find out the colors they are all trying to eat, if needed.
