As a teenager, I was involved in long distance running. I might like to get back to doing that some day.
I love going for walks, or riding a bike.
I enjoy using the exercise bike & treadmil in our liitle appartment complex gym.
I like swimming, but don't like having to change into/ out of a suit before & afterwards!
I like some weight training exercises, but not all of them.
I've never really tried Yoga.
I loved learning Martial Arts in college.
I have never liked doing sit ups, push ups, or jumping jacks (not very coordinated).... guess it's a good thing I'm not in the amry...lol...
I like the idea of those stair stepper things, but they never seem to work well for me.
