My favorite forms of exercise are hiking, walking, running and playing soccer. Though I have yet to find a team to play on here in Washington.
I have a hard time enjoying Strength training but do it because I want a lean strong body once the weight is gone.
I am not much into any of the machines because I would much rather exercise outdoors. Though, to keep up the running when I am in Idaho... I might just need to learn to like my treadmill! :)

As a teenager, I was involved in long distance running. I might like to get back to doing that some day.

I love going for walks, or riding a bike.
I enjoy using the exercise bike & treadmil in our liitle appartment complex gym.

I like swimming, but don't like having to change into/ out of a suit before & afterwards!

I like some weight training exercises, but not all of them.

I've never really tried Yoga.

I loved learning Martial Arts in college.

I have never liked doing sit ups, push ups, or jumping jacks (not very coordinated).... guess it's a good thing I'm not in the amry...lol...

I like the idea of those stair stepper things, but they never seem to work well for me.
