thank you :).

I did do my exercises yesterday, but I didnt' track my food because I had the sleep study last night (and now don't remember what all I ate...), but I did track some of it.
Now, to do it today!

Good Goals!

I'm very proud of myself, because I made myself go exercise 30 mins LUS lifted weights, PLUS PLUS tracked all my food and was within my calorie range! (I've NEVER been good at tracking my food intake!)
now, I just gotta try doing all this stuff again tomorrow :)...

I plan to do better about watching what I eat... less cold cuts. I want to get more exercise this month, too.

Non-health goals... get the girls' clothes sorted(out with those too small and swap out the summer and winter clothes); get the toys sorted and decide which ones stay and which ones go; finish the "old" house's kitchen and finish getting it cleaned out; get ready for a yard sale!

What are your goals for this month?

My goals are to continue drinking my water, work to keep healthy diet principles in mind, get my weight back where I'd like it, exercise at least 10 mins if not more a day.

What about you guys?
