Total Minutes for February:253 ugh! this month was harder than I thought it would be. Kiddos were sick alot and MIL in and out of hospital/rehab. I'm trying to get workouts in on tues, thurs, and sat, but with some of that unexpected stuff it was tough. My goal for March will still be 600 cardo-I've been doing pretty good last 2 weeks and I'm going to up my cardio time to at least 40 minutes per session. WATCH OUT MARCH...YOU'RE MINE!
