How is everyone doing on their water intake? If you are struggling to get all that water down...let us know. I'm sure some of the other Mom's have some great ideas to help with this.

I'm starting with a small attainable goal since I don't drink nearly enough water as it is.. I really need to focus on this!

Make your goal...and post it here. Come back daily or weekly (just remember to come back and post your progress) so we can encourage and praise you on your journey. If you easily reached your goal last month, you may want to jump that number up just a bit to challenge yourself a little more. Remember this month has a "leap" day in it, so we get one extra day this month....whohoo! Let's make the most of that extra day.
