So I've slacked rather hard this last week. I have gotten in my ten minutes a day, barely, but that's about it. I've been pretty dedicated about tracking my food, but that is just highlighting the huge mistakes I've been making. (Like skipping breakfast and eating a 1000 calorie lunch.) Thankfully, those huge mistakes aren't every day, more like once or twice a week, and I'm able to stay inside my calorie range for the day anyway. I'm right on track for my water though, yesterday being one of only a few off-track days this month.

December isnt a rough month to stay on track with exercise but it is hard not to stuff my face....so I hope you are doing better than me on that! Keep working at it and finish the year off strong! Only a couple of weeks left!

We have just complete week 2....are you on track to meet your goal?

I sadly, am not. I exercised every day last week for at least 10 minutes, but that doesn't put me anywhere near my goal. I am struggling......how about you? Is December a rough month to stay on track?
