Here we go - another Water Challenge. We keep doing these water challenges because water is so important to our health.
We need at least 8-10 glasses of water per day for our bodies to get the most bang for the buck! Water helps you lose weight, helps keep headaches at bay, makes you look younger with healthier skin, less cramps and so much more.
This monthly challenge is to figure out what your goal is for December - post it here for all to see and keep track of it! For those of you who hit your November goal easily - jump that number up a bit to make it more challenging. Best of Luck!
