I not only reached my goal of 1600 but over shoot and by then end of the day I should have 1800!!! WOO HOO emoticon

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm glad I got those fitness minutes in! I was a little sad this morning to see that I gained 3 pounds. And I just told my doctor I was afraid of this medication. Well, we're going to try a new one and I will focus on setting new goals!

Hello all, last month was horrible for me, my goal was 500 minutes, & I didn't make it. I didn't know I was pregnant at the time & I ended up having a early miscarriage. emoticon So now that I have gotten back to normal well sort of, I am exercising more consistently than last month. So I am shooting for 800 to 1,000.

I'm only counting Cardio minutes because that is where I feel I make the most impact on my weight loss. Stretching and strength training are just bonus to me.

My fitness goal for the month of November is at least 80 minutes a day for 5 days a week. That's 22 days this month at 1760 minutes this month. I CAN DO IT!!!
