Thanks for acknowledging my fitness minutes MALIAN! I am really determined to get this baby fat off! I can't wait to weigh-in at the end of the month (I only weigh myself once a month) I'm so anxious!! I'm going to finish off the month strong. We got three days left to step it up--let's make them count!! 1300 min here I come!

How is everyone doing with this challenge? If you are not sure what your numbers are to update your minutes - go to your "Start page", on the left hand side - mid way down - there is a link for "SparkSummary Calendar". There you can see your fitness minutes, sparkpoints, etc. for each day.

To update your numbers - click on "edit" in your post and there you can update.

OK, I'm diving in with all y'all ladies on this challenge. I'm shooting for 1000 fitness minutes this month. Although I'm starting at a disadvantage since I am on vacation as August starts, and I have a long drive ahead of me to get back home. But I will work diligently on catching up within the first couple weeks!
