45s plank 2 sets, 30s side plank each side, and 30s reverse plank. I was happy that I could do it longer than the last time we did these. :)

3 sets 10 reps on each leg. Man alive, I thought I had strong legs but I guess everything can use improvement. :) Didn't help my balance, having two kids passing toys back and forth between my legs. LOL they try to help. :)

I was so excited about these daily challenges, I had to go back and do the ones I couldn't while I was sick. :) Thank You for the great strength training today.

Back Extensions: 20 (these are a lot easier when my kids weren't trying to sit on my back) :)
Plank: Did 30 sec two times :) (I'm proud of these, my core needs work)
Side Planks: 30 sec on each side
Airplane Pose: 4 on each side, Balance also needs work :)
Single Leg Squats: 10 on each side.

Feels so great to work out again! :)

30 sec. on the regular plank, 30 sec. on a modified plank, 15 sec. on the right plank, 15 sec. on the left plank. Very hard!!! But worth the strong stomach muscles.

Lots of hurdles in my life right now. I'm getting through them slowly. I'm gonna make it!!!

Tried the reverse plank challange. Could only do it for 20 sec.

I did 70 jumping jacks in 1 minute.
About 30 minutes later, I did 75 in 1 minute.

And I'm back! lol Once again, starting over =) I was dealing with Illness after Illness, injury (not mine family members) after injury, excuses after excuses! Glad That Jumping Jacks was today, I love Jumping Jacks, and they are a good move to start with when getting back to it! Im gonna go through theater Challenges of the Day and maybe do a few past ones i missed in the past month!

I did 7 sets of 10 and 2 sets of 20 = 100 Jumping Jacks!
