Did 50 on each leg trying to get back on track been a while since I exercise. I also did a 2 mile walk also did 200 crossed punches too.

Did 30 of the stand up ones and 30 of the squat ones. Felt it more in my arms than my legs. Maybe I did them wrong. I did not feel it in my legs at all.

Lots of hurdles in my life right now. I'm getting through them slowly. I'm gonna make it!!!

These are perfect. Daughter is being incredibly fussy today but seems to like it when I dance around. With music these sort of count as a dance move.

Well.....
I tried to do the seated knee lifts and I could barely raise my knees - so I modified it and did each knee separately and did 20 on each knee. I figure it was better to get a bigger range of motion with more reps then doing 2 with barely any movement. Maybe I'm wrong....who knows.
