Did 20 of them on my right side with a 1 lb. weight. Didn't feel anything. Put 2, 1lb. weights in my left hand and did 20 and started feeling it at about 15. Maybe I need to try to do more of these. Thanks Malia.

One, blog your goals for the year. Make the goals so that they will push you but are attainable. If you put unrealistic goals down, you are setting yourself up to fail. Work in small steps and you WILL get there. Below is a great article on 31 Days to Unbreakable Resolutions.
