Did 40 (right after trying a barre workout) so it relaxed my legs a bit. Plus I add a 40 second modified plank. Going for a whole minute before the 14th. :)

20 sec. on both arms
20 sec. on my rt. arm
20 sec. on my left arm
These are hard to do.

Three sets of 12 and I feel it in my thighs as well but also in my right hip. My hips got all of whack last year (one of the reasons I backed down/out of my running program) But this was a good one for me to add for helping.

I did 5 on each leg! That really worked my upper arms along with forcing me to balance!

Awesome job MONKEYTROUBLE28 - just keep trying. I know sometimes using the proper form can be just as hard as actually doing the exercise. Just keep trying.

Im not gonna lie, i struggled with keeping the position right! emoticon
But I managed to get 5 sets of 10 done! Also, I realize its been awhile since I've done crunches.. oops!

Had a rough night last night.. suffered from headaches all night long so its been a slow go of it this morning, but i got my challenge done!! emoticon emoticon

I just did Day 2's challenge, but only did 10 on each side since I'm just 10 weeks PP from my second c-section and I'm still moving slowly back into exercise.

Today's Challenge of the Day is....Dumbbell Side Bends. If you do not have any dumbbells, you can use water bottles, soup cans, etc., anything with a little added weight will work. How many can you do? I am going to shoot for 30 on each side with 5lb weights in each hand.
