Did 30 of the stand up ones and 30 of the squat ones. Felt it more in my arms than my legs. Maybe I did them wrong. I did not feel it in my legs at all.

Lots of hurdles in my life right now. I'm getting through them slowly. I'm gonna make it!!!

Well.....
I tried to do the seated knee lifts and I could barely raise my knees - so I modified it and did each knee separately and did 20 on each knee. I figure it was better to get a bigger range of motion with more reps then doing 2 with barely any movement. Maybe I'm wrong....who knows.

3 sets 10 reps on each leg. Man alive, I thought I had strong legs but I guess everything can use improvement. :) Didn't help my balance, having two kids passing toys back and forth between my legs. LOL they try to help. :)

Today's Challenge of the Day is the Boxer Exercise. This works your upper back and shoulders. If you don't have any dumbbells, you can do this one without weights, or you can use water bottles, soup cans, etc., anything with a little added weight will work.
