Today's Challenge of the Day is....Dumbbell Squats. Don't you just LOVE these?!?!?! How many can you do and with what amount of weight. I am shooting for 30 with 5lb weights in each hand. If you do not have any dumbbells, you can use water bottles, soup cans, etc., anything with a little added weight will work.

Did it. Could only hold for 5 sec, and even that took a few attempts to hold that long. I have very little arm strength but I think I'm going to keep this one in mind and try every day for longer and longer. Thanks for pointing this one out.

I did two sets of 10 on each side of the hip flexion and extension exercises yesterday. That was a good one - definitely felt those muscles were tired afterwards!

Will try to cheer on some fellow team members today too.
