I am so sorry for no Challenge yesterday. I had my 3rd round of shots in my spine for herniated discs and spinal stenosis. The first 2 times worked for 1 day each and I am praying that this time it works for longer. I need some relief.

ok did 30 balancing hip flexors on each side and did 40 alternating dumbbell bicep curls...40 on each side with 1 pound soup cans because I don't have dumbbells!!

I couldn't do the boxer as I injured my shoulder pulling weeds. Hope someone did it today!
