Did anyone stay up to see the eclipse?

Today's Challenge of the Day is....Dumbbell Squats. How many can you do? I am going to shoot for 30 with 5lb weights in each hand. If you do not have dumbbells, you can use water bottles, soup cans, etc. Anything with a little added weight works. Come back and let us know how you did with this exercise.

Today, I completed 3 sets of wall pushups from April 2, 25 calf raise with wall from April 7, 20 hip flexors from April 8, and the lying hip & glute stretch from April 10. There will be more tomorrow!

Did 20 on each leg. Didn't start feeling the burn until 15, so I did another 20 on each leg and felt the burn on the 10th lift. I like this one.

I ALWAYS do this stretch after a run as it feels good when it loosens up afterwards. I hold for anywhere between 15-30s each arm.

They were hard and it wasn't that easy to breathe normally like the demo said. I will do them again, but I would prefer not too. (I'm talking about the superman exercise).

Good Monday Morning Mom's!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Oh - and Happy Spring! I hope those of you in the cold parts are starting to warm up. Here in my part of Arizona, we are in the 80's and loving it!

Today's Challenge of the Day is the basic Crunch Exercise. If you haven't done so in awhile, you might want to review the demo just to make sure you are using proper form. It never hurts to just give yourself a little review to put yourself in check. How many can you do? My goal is 30 depending on how my back is doing. Come back and let us know.

I did 10 of yesterday's challenge. The top of my legs hurt. Couldn't do any more than that.

I do jumping jacks twice a week. 60 in 60 sec., but none today.

I did 30 jumping jacks in 60 seconds. Everything moves to much, so not my favorite form of exercise. But a good exercise.

I lost count but I did them straight for 30 seconds, then rest, then more for another 30 seconds.. phew!!
