I did 70 jumping jacks in 1 minute.
About 30 minutes later, I did 75 in 1 minute.

And I'm back! lol Once again, starting over =) I was dealing with Illness after Illness, injury (not mine family members) after injury, excuses after excuses! Glad That Jumping Jacks was today, I love Jumping Jacks, and they are a good move to start with when getting back to it! Im gonna go through theater Challenges of the Day and maybe do a few past ones i missed in the past month!

I did 7 sets of 10 and 2 sets of 20 = 100 Jumping Jacks!

This is a great little workout! The hardest bit for me was trying to stop the dog lunging for my toes whilst I was dipping my legs from table top position. She seems to think all this exercise stuff is just a game. lol emoticon

Well I haven't checked in for a couple of days, but I did do the exercise. On Sunday my kids were 'too busy ' to dance lol, but I did 10 mins on my elliptical with the music blasting. Monday I did 20 side stretches and today I did 20 leg kicks. Having this to check into every day really makes me do something so thank you. emoticon

Today's Challenge of the Day is to turn on some music, grab your kid(s) and DANCE! Be as silly as you want. Not only is it great exercise but it will create some amazing memories for your kid(s). If your kids are too old or too embarrassed - go ahead and turn the music on and dance anyway. It is great cardio. Get that body moving!

I did walking lunges yesterday at the gym carrying 15 pound weights on each arm so I was a little sore but I still managed to do 40 both sides!

Today I am fortunate to be alive. I have a precious human life. I am not going to waste it.

WOW!! Very hard! I did 30 seconds on each arm! I fell twice on my right arm, so I tried it on my left arm. I stayed for 30 seconds. Then I tried it again on my right arm. All I could do was 30 seconds.

I did 30 0n each side of the seated leg extensions.
I did 85 punches in 1 minute. I like this exercise.
I did 95 punches in 1 minute.
I did 112 punches in 1 minute.
I did 116 punches in 1 minute.
I did 116 punches in 1 minute.
I had to do 5 minutes in order to track in my fitness tracker.

Did 40 (right after trying a barre workout) so it relaxed my legs a bit. Plus I add a 40 second modified plank. Going for a whole minute before the 14th. :)
