Hi There, I know... It's been a while since I came on Team Kiwi. But I assure you I have been about, just keeping busy. Kelly, You Can Do This! Keep positive! Write down what you want to do for the day and check it off as you go! Put glasses/bottles of water around the house and when you go in that room drink it. Doing laundry..... You have that hour to finish the glass. Doing dishes.... An hour there for that glass. And if you have trouble drinking water try squeezing in lemon juice. (That's my trick) Walk 5-10 mins when you get up.... Or right after breakfast. Walk 5-10 mins after lunch. Walk 5-10 mins after dinner. You will find all those minutes start adding up... I have Faith in you Kelly. I hear it in your comments you want to Do This! Keep Going. Believe In You! Make it Happen!

I've also decided I am going to give my body a good break from alcohol and go alcohol-free for 3 months from tomorrow. This'll be a huge challenge as I do love a glass of red wine after work most days!
I'll just keep telling myself that it is only for 3 months.
