Hi There,
I know... It's been a while since I came on Team Kiwi.
But I assure you I have been about, just keeping busy.
Kelly, You Can Do This!
Keep positive!
Write down what you want to do for the day and check it off as you go!
Put glasses/bottles of water around the house and when you go in that room drink it.
Doing laundry..... You have that hour to finish the glass.
Doing dishes.... An hour there for that glass.
And if you have trouble drinking water try squeezing in lemon juice. (That's my trick)
Walk 5-10 mins when you get up.... Or right after breakfast.
Walk 5-10 mins after lunch.
Walk 5-10 mins after dinner.
You will find all those minutes start adding up...
I have Faith in you Kelly.
I hear it in your comments you want to Do This!
Keep Going.
Believe In You!
Make it Happen!

Well, a week and a half down and still no wine!
Happy with that (although I really do miss my wine!!)

Thanks for your motivational comments!

I've also decided I am going to give my body a good break from alcohol and go alcohol-free for 3 months from tomorrow.
This'll be a huge challenge as I do love a glass of red wine after work most days!

I'll just keep telling myself that it is only for 3 months.

I am going to set myself new goals & challenges from today (Tuesday, 22nd February, 2011).

I want to lose at least 5 kilos by Saturday, 26th March 2011.
I want to lose at least 10 kilos by Saturday, 30th April 2011.

I will weigh in once a week.
I will measure myself once a month.

I will use SP more often, especially tracking my food and water intake.

I want to walk for 20minutes at least twice a week.
I want to cycle for 15 minutes at least twice a week.
(I am aiming at these times and distances increasing over time)

I want to drink at least 1-2 litres of water per day.

I want to not be so hard on myself and to begin liking myself.
