I have signed up this week for the Catch Fitness 20 week challenge (see www.20weeks.co.nz). You can still enter up until 26 Feb I think. Looks like a good challenge, and you have to meet with a PT once a month to keep you one track. A treadmill, and diamonds up for grabs as prizes. Would be good to be in touch with others on the challenge to swap tips and ideas we are getting for our trainers.
Apparently loads of entrants in Chch and Dunedin areas and since there are loads of you here from Chch I ondered if any of you are involved..feel free to message me direct if you have any questions about it, or are enrolled and want to share ideas
