I'll join you Although seeing as I was half on holiday last week and addicted to dance central as well as walking the dogs twice a day, it could be difficult to improve on my fitness minutes now that I'm back at work!
I don't track my minutes on the tracker, so I'm going to post them here so I don't forget and can add it as I go. I'll be editing the post - so don't worry - you won't get endless emails about updates every time I add a new day to my week! But each week will be a new Reply!
So starting from 3rd Jan then, as that is the first week, I'll be editing and updating this:

This monthly challenge is to try to keep us focused on our goals. January might be a bit scant - with people all over the place and on holiday and so on. But if you're around, with internet access, why not join up this challenge and start posting!?
Daily: Post in Team Kiwi! Any thread. Maybe offer support to someone in a challenge. Maybe post a new thread on how you're feeling today. Maybe offer up a new recipe you've found.
Weekly: Post your total weekly fitness minutes. Each of the four weeks (3rd to 30th) try to exceed the previous week's minutes! While posting weekly totals, please post whether you posted in Team Kiwi daily as well.
