To encourage exercise as a habit, only exercise for exercise sake counts. If you take 15 minutes to walk to work, that doesn't count - you aren't "exercising". Sure, you can put it in your fitness tracker, but for this challenge we want you to get on the sweat gear, get the mental idea that you're "exercising", and get some good quality challenging cardio! So walking to work, painting your house, or doing a shift as a waitress, just don't cut it for this particular challenge. Get your sneakers on too and get out for a 10 minute power walk!
