How's your bikini body looking? November's Summer Beach Body Challenge is to get 400 fitness minutes each week - that's just under an hour a day on average.
We're in week three, and the bonus challenge this week is ... get your water with your meals! Drink water, and nothing but plain unflavoured unsweetened uncaffeinated water, with your three main meals. You can enjoy soda, coffee, tea, milk, juice, or whatever else you like, within your ranges, at other snack breaks. But for this week, try to stick to water only when having a meal!
I know this one will be hard on me. I'm a total Diet Coke addict and drink far too much, and at all meals. Yeah, I drink Diet Coke for breakfast. How lame is that? I hate water. Bland. Yuk. So it's going to be a challenge for me to get water and nothing but water with my meals!
Since this is a bit of a late post, the bonus challenge starts Tuesday, tomorrow. The 400 fitness minutes still applies Mon-Sun, but you only have to drink "water with meals" Tue-Sun.
