I didn't track F&V very well over the holiday weekend, so I only have fitness minutes. And that is kind of variable as it wasn't as easy as gym sessions - 10m walk here, 15m walk there, etc. But I reckon I was reasonably conservative and accurate in what I wrote down, and it comes out to 410 minutes for the week! Just made it!
Sorry for the late update ... this week's bonus challenge is about to be posted!
Mon: 75 min walk/run Mon F&V: apple, banana and grapes for snacks, salad included in lunch sandwich, stir fry veg. About 6-7 serves F&V. Tue: 70min circuit/lawnmowing Tue F&V: apple, 2xbananas, salad in sandwich and a green salad for dinner. About 6 serves. Wed: 20m gym Wed F&V: apple, 2 bananas, salad for dinner - about 6 serves. Thu: 0m Fri: 35 min Sat: 165 min Sun: 45 min
Total Mins: 410
