Well done Lee and Lyn! Come on Jude, time to update again!

I didn't track F&V very well over the holiday weekend, so I only have fitness minutes. And that is kind of variable as it wasn't as easy as gym sessions - 10m walk here, 15m walk there, etc. But I reckon I was reasonably conservative and accurate in what I wrote down, and it comes out to 410 minutes for the week! Just made it!

Sorry for the late update ... this week's bonus challenge is about to be posted!

Mon: 75 min walk/run
Mon F&V: apple, banana and grapes for snacks, salad included in lunch sandwich, stir fry veg. About 6-7 serves F&V.
Tue: 70min circuit/lawnmowing
Tue F&V: apple, 2xbananas, salad in sandwich and a green salad for dinner. About 6 serves.
Wed: 20m gym
Wed F&V: apple, 2 bananas, salad for dinner - about 6 serves.
Thu: 0m
Fri: 35 min
Sat: 165 min
Sun: 45 min

Total Mins: 410

Thu: 55m Gym Machine Circuit

Sat: 45m Walk & 20m water fight/war with the kids!
Sun: 20m Stationary Cycle

Disappointed as have hurt my neck over weekend and was unable to complete my 400m this week...
Hoping tomorrow is better and I can move again!!
Onwards to Week 3!

We're heading for summer, get ready for that beach body!

The main challenge is to achieve 400 fitness minutes each week. This week there's a bonus challenge! The bonus is, list your 5+ fruit and veg!

If you're like me and don't get enough, it's useful to see what and how other people are eating. Let us know what F&V you got and how prepared!
