Summer is on the way! Are you ready?

For the month of November, leading into summer, how about a weekly fitness minute challenge? The challenge is to log 400+ Fitness Minutes each week! That's just under an hour a day on average.

If catching up a missed day seems 'too hard', just think - if you do a 20 min ST routine on Saturday morning, catch a one hour gym class, and go for a 40m walk after dinner, you've done two hours today! Easy!

Just post daily with your fitness minutes and add to your running total for the week. Can you achieve 400+ each week of November?

Starts Monday 1 November, weeks Mon-Sun, and finishes Sun 28th.
