1st June Elliptical 10 mins

Not much I know, but after the 10k walk yesterday, it was enough to loosen up the hips & knees.

My aim is to do some Cardio 6 out of 7 days each week.

Did my 10k walk in 1hr 46mins.
This was part of a local Marathon event. We had snow forecast for the day, but were very lucky with only a shower of hail right at the start & then it was fine but cold 5 degrees celcius was our high for today.

I now have a benchmark for next years event

Getting my cardio up

doing a 10k walk on 31st May so will need to ease things on the 1st June. Some easy walking perhaps after a geocaching social event.
2nd June, I'm off geocaching so hopefully more walking

I will add a reminder to my calendar to come in and log my mins
