I went down and up too. I did end up losing weight but not quite 2kg. I have been better about exercise and eating though, although in the last week the hot weather has had me reaching for icecream more than I would like. Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
I'd like to join in here. I just have to remember that it's in kilos not pounds .. lol. Water shouldn't be a problem for me, the exercise, especially strength, is something I have to work to keep doing.

Well done Lisa. I am back at work so down goes times to the gym, up hopefully...goes workouts at home and weekends to the gym...mmm...one hopes anyway. But, I walked home from work today, 50 minutes, then walked the dog for another 30. That has to help huh?? No weigh in for me till end of the month.
Half way through my water now! It's so easy! You just put a bottle beside the PC. I went to grab it for a quick drink before I head off and realised it was almost empty already! So I downed it all. Now I only need one more bottle!
:) My approach to water this week is going to be "I can have all the diet coke I want - AFTER 6 glasses of water!"
I am going to give it a go. I hope the 2kgs is from where we are now after Christmas & New Year.Up to 95.4 this morning.If I lose 2kgs I shlould be under what I am on my ticker 93.4 below.That was where I was before the silly season.
