Well I just found this post and thought Id add my few lbs to the list Started and 194 on Oct 1 and am at 197 on Oct 27. But in my defense I am in a size smaller pants now than I was at the beginning of the month so that's good. Right
Keep exercising and tracking your food here at SP! Really knowing what you are consuming and how many calories you are burning is such a huge help. There were times in the past where I thought I was eating ok. However, I wasn't actually tracking the calories/fat/carbs/protien. If I had been, I would have seen that I really wasn't eating as well as I thought I was.
SP has really helped me to see what I'm consuming and what I'm burning. It has been a tremendous help. I log EVERYTHING. It's the only way that I can do this.
I'm now at 181.5. That is 22.5 pounds since I joined SP and eight pounds so far in October.
