Keep exercising and tracking your food here at SP! Really knowing what you are consuming and how many calories you are burning is such a huge help. There were times in the past where I thought I was eating ok. However, I wasn't actually tracking the calories/fat/carbs/protien. If I had been, I would have seen that I really wasn't eating as well as I thought I was.
SP has really helped me to see what I'm consuming and what I'm burning. It has been a tremendous help. I log EVERYTHING. It's the only way that I can do this.
I'm now at 181.5. That is 22.5 pounds since I joined SP and eight pounds so far in October.
