Well I just found this post and thought Id add my few lbs to the list Started and 194 on Oct 1 and am at 197 on Oct 27. But in my defense I am in a size smaller pants now than I was at the beginning of the month so that's good. Right

Keep exercising and tracking your food here at SP! Really knowing what you are consuming and how many calories you are burning is such a huge help. There were times in the past where I thought I was eating ok. However, I wasn't actually tracking the calories/fat/carbs/protien. If I had been, I would have seen that I really wasn't eating as well as I thought I was.

SP has really helped me to see what I'm consuming and what I'm burning. It has been a tremendous help. I log EVERYTHING. It's the only way that I can do this.

I'm now at 181.5. That is 22.5 pounds since I joined SP and eight pounds so far in October.

Good job! I want to lose at least 20 pounds but at this point I would be thrilled with 3 or 4.....


I was at 187 3 years ago and then they found out I had PCOS and Diabetes at the same time. I got down to 147 in 4 mo time and then slowly gained back ...maybe due to meds???

If your weight fluctuates that much, then it's probably a good idea to weigh in on the same day each week.

I want to see instant results. I want to weigh in every day. LOL! I've managed to restrain myself and weigh in only twice a week. Sometimes I'll hit three times. I'm a bit obsessive compulsive. :)

Unfortunately I was 159 yesterday and I am so tired of the ups and downs. I want only downs as far as my weight is concerned. I think I am going to only weigh on a certain day a week from now on.

How's everyone doing so far? As of my weigh-in on Tuesday, I'm at 187. Yah! Still hoping to get to 180 by the end of the month.

I did an extra 30 minutes of aerobic exercise last night trying to get there. Boy, was I tired! LOL!

I started at 160 and I weigh 157.6 today.My weight is very difficult to maintain so I would be so happy if I got down to 155 by the end of the month. I can vary up to 5 pounds in 2 days????
