O my goodness Suzie... I could have wrote what you shared myself...

I am having the same experience... I only recently picked the book up and started to read it...

when I bought the book... I dont think I was ready to dive in... But Now... I am ready...

I also bought A Course in Weight Loss and am working on it. It took a couple weeks just to let all the information in the many pages before Chapter 1 sink in. I am working on the first chapter and having great success, but the more I take care of in my past, the more things that I didn't realize were there start to pop up. I'm taking my time with it and definitely recommend it if you do emotional eating.

I joined the team... A COURSE in Weight Loss
