I felt miserable for a bit this morning because I walked off without my breakfast, which would have been delicious AND low in sugar, salt, but high in fiber, etc. I was late, and needed something. I chose a breakfast Jack sandwich and made a cup of coffee at work. I got over feeling miserable, reminding myself that that was a reasonable amount of food to eat for breakfast. I chewed the sandwich well, and enjoyed it. I found that it kept me full for the morning. I realized I can eat something different tomorrow. It was only one meal and the rest of the day has plenty of better nutrition.
