Here is a great site if you are interested in tracking nutrients. As a matter of fact a discussion on this site introduced me to Sparkpeople.. so you know it has to be a good place.

Do you track your nutrients in detail? If so, the following site may be of interest to you!

It links to an assortment of lists, one long list for each of many nutrients! It's a USDA site:

If you're not tracking details of nutrients such as magnesium, potassium, phospherous, calcium...etc..., consider doing it even if temporarily! Some of these 'little things' can make a huge difference to us, to our health.
