Child's pose - hold for 30 - 60 seconds or longer if you'd like. This pose will give us the opportunity to bow to the end of this challenge!

Good Morning, Team! Today's, 2/24/13, challenge is:

Camel and Cat Stretch - as many or as few as you wish

To find a demo of these stretches:
Click on Articles & Videos above
Click on Fitness of drop down menu
Click on Stretch demo

Though they call this a stretch, if you press into the ground with your hands as you inhale for the camel (called cat in yoga) you will work your back muscles. If you continue to press into your hands as you exhale for the cat pose, you will work your abdominal muscles!

I found a solution. I used the edge of my tub lol. Hey it worked, but oh my goodness they are not easy.

I just made sure to move my carpet and have bare feet so i would slide.

So COMPLETE

Unfortunately not, I live in a bachelor apartment. My bed would be to high I would imagine. I am not making excuses at all here. I just dont want to do it in a unsafe way but I also want to do it right

Ok I did a google search to find out what these are. Everything shows them being done with something stationary. I dont have a chair without wheels. The love seat would be to low. Anyone have suggestions on how i can do this?
