I'm very close to my goal weight for this challenge, so I'm going to re-adjust my goals. My new goal is 145 at the end of this challenge, which is conveniently both my halfway mark and my 20% body mass lost. (Hopefully fat lost but as I'm having trouble finding a good way to check my bf%.) Anyway, hopefully I hit that 145 in the weeks to come!

(You'll find your original post, click edit, update it and hit post). emoticon do not re-post every single week. It makes it too confusing for everyone on the team (including your leader).
